I’m a financial analyst, people leader and curious reader of human motivation. Born in China and building my professional life in Germany, I know what it means to find your footing between cultures, expectations and new beginnings.
I began systemic coach training in 2024 and am a certified NLP Practitioner through DVNLP. In 2026, I became a certified systemic dynamic moderator. These methods support my coaching, personal guidance and team moderation work.
I live in the Rhein-Neckar Metropolitan Region with my daughter and husband. Nature, hiking, movement and Chinese massage keep me grounded. I am also on a longer path toward Chinese medicine — exploring the harmony of body, soul and mind.

VioMio is based in the Rhein-Neckar Metropolitan Region, with outdoor coaching in the Odenwald. We meet in person, on a walk or sitting somewhere quiet outdoors. The landscape gives your thoughts room to move — and makes space for what is real.
